Bob Wins Again

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy applies to the Bob Wins Again website (bobwinsagain.com) and the Bob Wins Again publishing application ("the App"). The App is operated by the Bob Wins Again channel owner to publish the channel's own videos.

Information we collect

Website visitors: This website is a static informational site. It has no accounts, forms, advertising or analytics, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from visitors. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.

Google account data (the App): When the owner connects their own YouTube channel, the App uses Google OAuth to receive authorization to upload videos and set their titles, descriptions and visibility on that channel. The App stores the resulting access and refresh tokens, and basic details about uploaded videos (such as video ID and title), only on the owner's own computer. The App does not read other Google account content.

How we use information

Google user data is used solely to upload and manage the channel owner's own videos on YouTube. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used to train AI models.

The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube API Services

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the App's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information. Videos are sent only to the platforms the owner chooses (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram), each governed by its own privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Stored tokens remain until the owner deletes them or revokes access. Revoking access at your Google account permissions page removes the App's ability to act on your account.

Security

Credentials are stored locally and are not published or transmitted to any server other than the relevant platform's authorization and API endpoints.

Children

This site and App are not directed to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
